Lisa LEYNAUD Student in BUT PACKAGING, EMBALLAGE ET CONDITIONNEMENT at the IUT D'AVIGNON UNIVERSITY
Lisa LEYNAUD, student in 3ᵉ year of BUT Packaging at the Avignon University IUT, is putting its skills to good use in the agri-food industry within the BEL company.
As part of his 2ᵉ year placement (April to June 2025), Lisa LEYNAUD has held the position of packaging development manager at BEL website located in Mayenne (Pays de la Loire).
It has played an active part in a strategic and ecologically responsible project: the gradual replacement of cellophane for the famous little red wax portions by a square of compostable paper made from wood.
This project is a perfect example of the practical application of the skills acquired in BUT Packaging, Packaging and Conditioning, and demonstrates the tangible impact of the theoretical teaching provided by the Packaging speciality.
A great collective success, achieved in collaboration with the teams from BEL, and a performance of which we are particularly proud.
Congratulations to Lisa LEYNAUD for its commitment, and its contribution to a major change in favour of more sustainable packaging!
