Immerse yourself in the heart of sustainable logistics!

This Tuesday, 24 June 2025, 3rd year students in the BUT PEC (Packaging, Emballage & Conditionnement) visited the LOMAK in Miramas (13), a key player in combined road-rail transport.

The aim is to find out first-hand about the challenges of the sustainable supply chain, as part of the Packaging and Sustainable Supply Chain & CSR courses run by François FULCONIS, find out first-hand about the challenges of multimodal transport and the CO2 savings it can bring to freight flows.

On the programme:

• Visit the logistics warehouses
• Presentation of specific equipment and intermodal solutions
• Discover the rail loading centre

It was an exciting, hands-on experience that led to a wide range of exchanges between professionals and students.
